The name "Red Baron" comes from a charming red car, the "Red Baron," which has chauffeured our four friends through Portugal’s culinary adventures and cultural explorations. Red Baron also symbolizes our way of doing things: boldly, yet with a relaxed approach. As this iconic car races from the olive groves to the press, it represents not just top-quality olive oil but also friendship and the joy of working together.
