In the heart of Portugal, between the peaks of the Serra da Gardunha and Serra da Estrela mountains, lies the charming village of Orca. This small village is known – like the rest of the Fundão and Castelo Branco area – for its particularly aromatic and high-quality olive oil. It is in these fresh mountain conditions that Red Baron Azeiten’s top-quality Abrosana and Galega olives also ripen.
This high-quality, cold-pressed olive oil is made from carefully selected early harvest olives.
The sophisticated flavor profile combines fruity and grassy notes, complemented by a wonderful pepperiness – a great choice to finish salads, pastas, fish dishes or a crusty slice of bread with balsamic.
Our mission is to promote awareness of the benefits of high-quality olive oil and enrich Finnish and Nordic food culture. We believe that consuming high-quality, responsibly produced ingredients is an important part of a healthier and more enjoyable lifestyle.
